Belarc error msg.Help-please.....

I have this error msg. come up everytime I run Belarc Advisor..It collects about 80% of the info before the mess. is displayed.Could it be something to do with my spyware or antivirus/firewall??
Can some one shed some light here ,please??

It could be many things.

First thing I would do is completely uninstall it, then reinstall the latest version.

I would also check the RAM using something like MemTest, and make sure it's not overheating.

What operating system is it? Check Event Viewer for more info if applicable.

 

I,Im running p3 2.8g proc. xp sp2-1gig mem.Laptop.
Belarc work before.no hasles.Its since I loaded one care and windows spyware.I have uninstalled and installed latest ver.No diffs..

 

The most common causes of exception errors are faulty RAM and overheating, so try my earlier suggestions.

It may or may not be linked to OneCare or AntiSpyware. If you think it is, try uninstalling them or don't have them running while Belarc is.
