Long story short, I have a network that is not connected to the internet, and it's intended to be that way. Specifically, it's a Behringer x32 digital mixer with its own dedicated router for wireless control.

I have this annoying issue when I connect my iPad to the router and I get sent to a Belkin panel with steps on how to get connected.

Does anybody know how to disable this feature?

The app will most likely be separate helper app but we can try to disable it without compromising the router software so hit control alt del to start task manager, start the helper application, find the process in task manager, right click, show file location, it will most likely be a small application a few hundred kilobytes inside the belkin folder, cut the file from the belkin folder and place in in a folder on your desktop. Now check you have full network functionality and the helper app doesn't start.
