Best Free 10gb Or More File Transfer Online Service Please

Hi, every online service for sending a 10 Gb file I look at either doesnt work, (recipient says link doesnt work) or has bad trustpilot reviews or wants money.
Surely there is one out there that simply works, is dead easy, and is not a con or spam or bugged etc.
with email stuck in the victorian era with 10Mb, its as if they know they have you by the short and curlies.
I use WeTransfer free for 2Gb and they are great.
I cannot go paying for this one off need for 10Gb.
I cannot split the single file down into 2Gb parts else I would !
I then read of one that a forum says why dont folk use this, its free it works, I do so and the recipient says link doesnt work.
any recommendations please.

(and ideally 20Gb, as had to send a 13 Gb in 2Gb lots.with wetransfer after trying Dropbox and GoogleDrive)

Why can't you split it? Set up your own FTP or HTTP server and host it. https://www.rejetto.com/hfs/ (Google HTTP file server).
HFS has been around forever, don't exactly love the new interface, but it still works.
