Best Gaming Browser For Integrated Graphics Card?

I have used IObit's Driver Booster to boost into game mode, set my antimalware package to "no updates or system scans" (still does download scans) when browsers running (can't set URL's anymore, darn it), and Driver Booster set my PC to gaming mode.

However, my PC still gets as high as 91% RAM usage, browser not responding, when I try to play Rise of Cultures (ROC) by Innogames. I used to play their game Forge of Empires (FOE) on this PC with no problem, but ROC keeps freezing the browser.

One notable difference between FOE and ROC is FOE allowed players to turn off both animations and sound for slower systems. ROC only has controls for turning off sound. I don't need to see my citizens walking from home to work and back again, nor do I need to see the trees wave in the breeze or the water ripple with the tide. I just want to play this game on my PC so I can use a mouse and see things on a larger scale!

As always, thanks for any help. System info is attached.

4Gb of RAM with 1Gb Intel graphics.. at least double the RAM to 8GB and add a video card (desktop), not saying you need the latest GTX, but I feel anything is better than Intel graphics.
BTW, is this a desktop or laptop? What is the model?
