What is the most thorough uninstaller app – the one that does the best job at TOTALLY uninstalling even the most stubborn apps, as well as their bundleware – that DOESN'T require a subscription? It doesn't have to be free.

I doubt any one uninstaller is singularly the best / most thorough. I kinda treat uninstallers like I do with firewalls and antimalware. All are imperfect, and the popular ones (the "usual suspects") deliver pretty close results in their collective imperfection. So, with all three app types, I pick one that's free (open source a bonus), has good reviews from trusted sites (e.g. MajorGeeks), and easy to use -- and I don't spend too much time beyond that trying to discern which exact one has less imperfection more of the time.

And what do I have in my laptop, you ask? Geek Uninstaller. Pretty good... and also portable (meaning no installation necessary) - and I much prefer that - though I know that's not an important criterion for most users out there.
