Best Value Wireles ADSL Modem

Finally getting around to upgrading ADSL modem/router.

I asked the best value modem/router question ages ago and the majority of answers was to get the Billion 7800N (but ended up not being able to afford it at the time). After some reading this seems to still be the one to go for. Can anyone please suggest if this is still best value one available?

Does anyone recommend anything else around this price ($120 on eBay) and if so why?

Now have a WD TV and want to stream movies to it and the modem/router is currently a bit of a bottleneck (currently using a TP-Link TD-W8920G).

Appreciate any suggestions.
