Bestseller Anti-Virus Pop-Up - HELP!

    Alright - my first thread...so be gentle. ;)

    I am currently trying to fix a computer that keeps getting a pop-up in internet explorer that tells me I should download Bestseller Anti-Virus before a virus wipes me computer clean...blah, blah, blah....

    There are no suspicious programs in control panel and I'm not good with the registry stuff - so any help you could all lend would be awesome!

    I am also running Norton Security System Works and Windows Defender and neither of them have found anything....
