Better computer choppier internet?

Hi i have a 3800+ amd dual core computer that i made myself, while my brother has a 3400+ store bought computer. I have also overclocked mine to 2.3ghz while his is 2.0. I keep my computer clean and fresh. No virus and registry clean. Same wireless card too and I also have more signal strength. But for some reason, when his computer loads a web page it seems to appear all at once while mine comes out like text first then picture etc. It is not slow or anything but i see a difference. His loading of pages is like half a second faster then mine and smoother. Can somebody tell me why this is happening? can it be due to the fact i have different mhz ram? i have a 2800 ram and another ram i dont know what it is. and a total of 1gb ram. yes both same browser and isp, his computer is even locating farther then mine and mine is getting a better signal.
