BF 2 dropping out of server

hi all, im having a pain of a problem with bf2 at the moment. iI have played it fine for about a year now with no problems. but about a week ago it started dropping out, it never said i was kicked, because of ping or any thing. ive never had this problem before, i could even play when my Inet is capped. I havent changed my hardware setup( execpt a g 15 keyboard and a new video card) but it started doing it b4 i got the new card. I thought it was my windows install playing up, so i reinstalled on brand new hard drive, but it still does it! I have tried killing every process I can and still no luck. It is VERY FRUSTRATING!! I can get on a sever then about 5 minutes later my screen freezes for a few seconds then drops to the server select screen saying "connection to the server lost" PLEASE someone may have an idea on what it is. I have thought about using a program to monitor my internet connection but I dont know what to use. Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanx

ohh yeah my PC is a AMD 3200 barton 1 gig ram 6800gs 256mb wd 320 gb hd

 

ive narrowed it down to my modem/router its a netgear nb1300 when i reset it it works fine for 20 minutes or so but then it drops again does any one know any reason why this may be occuring?

 

Bump...This is also happeneing to me, very frustrating. I did a thread on it which no one answered. But Ill be watching yours!
