bga.nde

Hello, all.
I've browsed this forum for quite some time now and found this to be one of the most usefull and informative places on the net for help and advice. I hope that someone here might be able to steer me in the right direction. Her is my kunundrum:
I've scanned with updated SuperAntispyware and Malwarebytes, both are now clean. I've also done online scans using Symatec and Bitdefender, of which only Bitdefender continuously find this file "bga.nde" in the windows folder. I've tried to delete it, but it returns with seconds. I've tried deleting it and immediatly pulling the power plug and letting the computer sit for about 10 minutes and powering up again, only to find it back in the windows folder.
I cannot run regedit, screen goes blank and explorer get reloaded. I've tried to change regedit.exe to regedit.com, with the same outcome and regedit.exe actually re-appeared!. I also cannot run cmd (does the same as regedit) but I can run command. The only other thing that I find strange is that I cannot hit the mcafee.com site (get "HTTP 501 Not Implemented/HTTP 505 Version Not Supported" message), but if I type in the acutal IP for mcafee, I can get their homepage, but cannot navigate within their site.
I've tried all this both in regular and safe mode with the same result.
I'm running Windows XP Home SP3 on an AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual Core 6000+ with 2.00 GB.
