BiFrost and Bizub? Is it all removed - all logs posted

Hi! I ran all of the steps detailed in the Cleaning procedure for Vista/Win 7. I could not only run the RootRepeal, it gives some weird error and does not run at all.
Short description:
I opened (quite foolishly) an avi file which wanted to download some codecs and now I have a problem, and I know I did invite it on myself.

I run normally AVG with firewall and this thing they call Identity protection, which alarmed me there was a threat by "Trojan horse PSW.Agent.AFCI" but did not leave me any option how to remove it. I ran then the ComboFix which found some problems restarted computer and fixed it, I do not have the original log though... Then I ran AVG several times, found nothing, then ran outpostPRO firewall and spyware scan and it found two trojans as shown on the printscreen. I ran it 2 times it found the same two times, after which I ran all the things you advise to run, after which I ran again outpost, which again found the same stuff.

Oh and I ran MGTools and all the other tools in safe mode, since disabling AVG temporarily is impossible as far as I can tell...
