big annoiances

I started having few bad stuffs in laptop running:
-changing view options in windows explorer
-automatic update unchecked in norton 2006
-not opening default web page (connection OK /wireless router) need to restart
-not opening browser (firefox) (connection OK) need to restart
-not extention of dekstop on external monitor also after reinstalling drivers
So I followed the Chaslang tutorial upto Spy Sweeper and also pest patrol which I had already.
Running Trend Micro tool it found 10 trak_seXXXXX and one troj_se 69649 (I am sorry I didnt save any log it was 3.30pm and I was sleepy) which were fixed and the second TM running was save.
All the others tools didnt find anything also spy sweeper.
I still have these annoiances, so I post the hijackthis hoping that you can give me more suggestions

Scan with HijackThis and Fix the follwoing:

Please run Panda Online Scan. After the scan attach the log to your next post. Also please follow the below:

1 - Please EXTRACT all files from Qoologic Tool to its own folder - C:\Program Files\QoologicFinder . Then, DoubleClick Find-Qoologic.bat to run the tool. It should produce a log - Please attach that with your next post!

2 - Please EXTRACT all the files form RKFiles Tool to its own folder named C:\Program Files\RKTOOL. Then, Please boot to SAFE MODE and DoubleClick rkfiles.bat to run the tool. Let it run and then, when it finishes, look for a log at C:\Log.txt and please attach that log.

Now come back here and post all three logs as attachments

Open Windows Explorer and delete the following:

Run CCleaner before doing the below.

Download WinPFind

Extract it to the root folder of drive C ( C:\ ). This will create a folder called WinPFind in the C:\ folder. Inside C:\WinPFind is a file called WinPFind.exe. Double-click on this file to launch the program. Once it is launched, click on the Start Scan button and wait for it to finish. This program will scan large amounts of files on your computer for known patterns so please be patient while it works as it can take a while, upwards to 30 minutes or more.

When it is done, it will show the results of the scan. Click on the Copy to Clipboard button and then paste the contents of the log in your clipboard. Then save it to a file using notepad and upload the text file here as an attachment.

The WinPFind log looks fine. How is your system running?

 

The annoiances are still going on, may be for the monitor is a software problem, I gonna check again.
What about the trojan startpage.AMB and EICAR.Mod (looks like it is not a virus really) found by Panda?

 

Those are not viruses. I don't understand "annoiances" what problems are you having, describe them.

 

I find again and again liveupdate deactivated in norton 2006 and this is really annoying
folder view is changing from details to tiles
sometime Firefox cannot be open and I have to reboot
sometime the defoult web page cannot be open
Suddenly external monitor doesent work anymore but I gonna check again the drivers

Uninstall and reinstall Norton.

Folder views changing on their own I don't have a fix for.

When you can't open Firefox that is because there is another instance of Firefox running in the task manager. CTRL+ALT+DEL -> Processes, find Firefox, end task. close task manager and start Firefox. What version of Firefox are you using?

Check your internet settings.

These are all software issues; and should be posted in the software forum, if you continue to have these problems.

Your logs look fine.
