Big Boys (Or Gals)

Was just browsing through the Malware Forum, trying to learn, and ran across this line in a thread:

Made me feel kind of warm and fuzzy to realize that others on the 'net think of us here at MajorGeeks as the "Big Boys and Gals"...

Sorry, but if someone around here called me a "big girl", it would not be a compliment. They would either be calling me fat or talking down to me. Then, I'd clock them.:-D

I think it's more of a guy thing, the "Big Boy's" can be taken as a compliment to guys, but it doesn't really work for girls lol

I have to agree with Caliban! Even though the humor was funny, appreciated, and expected. Kes, I'm sure that you're glad that someone finally realized that females could remove malware. As a reader of many forums, I would have to say that MG's Malware Removal is the best that I've seen! Now I'm just waiting for someone to address Chaslang or Tim W. as mam. :major

 

Tim is a bit of an obvious one, and until today I though Chaslang and Adrynalyne were female!

That's one of my biggest pet peeves, I have a name.. use it! I think my favorite is when some guy was calling me as I passed him on the street.. "Hey White Girl!... WHITE GIRL" and when that didn't work as I promptly ignored him he started screaming down the street after me "Hey Christina Aguilera... CHRISTINAAAAA AGUILERAAAAAAAA" until I was a good 3/4 of a block away from him did he actually stop...what a buffoon :-D

Even with a name like dyamond, I was still assumed (more than once) on here to be a guy. I think it's that whole girls can't possibly know anything about technology thing... rolleyes

 

Did we talk about that?

 

And if you don't know it, there's probably a reason. LOL
