Hi, this has turned out to be quite a problem but i'll try and explain the best I can. Somehow i think a virus or malware of some sort is on my pc and done the following:

Prevented me from having my usual administrator rights
Prevents me from running any malware or antivirus from startup or at any other time and gives message not a valid win32 application etc..
internet explorer runs but no web page.
I tried to re-install AVG and adaware but to no avail. ESET cant run so I cant scan for viruses at all. Hijackthis cant run aswell. I could open process explorer and noticed not all the usual services were there as before, then I also noticed a 293524.exe trying to run sometimes??

I have notices that my usual virus packages and Zone Alarm true vector monitoring and some other key services are set to disabled and I cant get access to change them. So I tried to start in safe mode but when I tried to do this the safemode screen came up but my keyboard was disabled which counted down to start in normal mode again. So I changes the setting to start in safe mode in msconfig and rebooted. Now I get blue screen 0xBAC3528, 0xC0000034 etc.. The pc is now set to only start in safemode now yet the virus stops safemode by going to blue screen. What a mess. If I could get back to msconfig and change the start mode to normal at least I could start from there again.

Please can someone help.....I have no idea what to do and no system disks aswell...

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

If you are stuck trying to boot in safe mode which just crashes, you need to use your Windows boot CD (note you did not say what version of Windows you have ) to boot to the Recovery Console and repair/modify your boot.ini file to remove the /SAFEBOOT option. The bootcfg /rebuild command is used to rebuild the boot.ini file from the Recovery Console. See the below for more info:
