Big problem serious virus

    Well when I try to type in google virus the window completly shuts down. It happens on different websites but what I noticed it mostly happens on forums that talks about virus and etc.
    I cant run HijackThis because as soon as it starts scanning it shutsdown. I cant install some software like AVG antispyware as soon as it starts installing it shuts off. Like somebody has control over my computer and shuts it down
    I went through the guide but problem still exists. I ran virus software online too. I tried to install AVG antivirus but it wont let me same problem as stated above.
    I have saved some logs and attached them
    Please Help me

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

    You must properly follow all instructions in the READ ME.

    If you could not run AVG Antispyware had you tried CounterSpy first as was requested?

    You did not follow the directions for installing and running GetRunKey or ShowNew. Please read all of the info on the download pages for these tools and install them properly.

    Now let's try to fix a few things!
    1. Download this file - combofix.exe
    2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
    3. When finished, it will produce a log for you. Attach this log to your next reply
    Note:

    Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.


    Now attach the below new logs and tell me how the above steps went.

    1. GetRunKey - make sure you have installed it properly and run it from outside of the ZIP file
    2. ShowNew - make sure you have installed it properly and run it from outside of the ZIP file
    3. HJT - If it will run now. Make sure you installed and renamed it as requested in step 7 of the READ ME.
    Make sure you tell me how things are working now!
