Big problem with msata ssd supersspeed

Friend of mine gave me a 9,7" tablet pc Bben c-97 with intel N2600,4gb of ram and 128gb msata ssd.He told me that some wannabe pc repair guy told him that the tablet is irepearable because there is a problem with ssd. Friend told me that everything was ok except windows was pirated so he want new O.S. So I disassemble the tablet only to find out that there was some missing parts ... like bluetooth and wireless card. I found the replacement for that problem but when I inspected the O.S I find that the O.S was in some state I never seen before. I can't install, remove, delete, do format, do anything because upon restart everything is right were was in the first place. I try to format the disk... won't let me. I try diskpart, parted magic, gpart... there was no way to delete partitions from the ssd. In parted magic .... some say it is the best software for secure erase ssd's, I saw that the ssd was in frozen state and suggest me to go to sleep and to wake up the tablet.Ok I do that and the secure erase was started. upon finish secure erase display that secure erase was successfully. Reboot tablet and... windows was still there and nothing was deleted. I never encounter this problem before so if you know something that I don't know please help me.I'm veeery angry cos some SOB stole parts from the tablet and I think he lock the ssd. Finally I find the cause for this behavior. msata ssd is write protected.DAMN!!!!!. And I think the problem is virus or something. Any help about this discover? Thank you.
