Big problem with Precision 360 Workstation

    I have a Dell Precision 360 workstation. I have my GIS data input and programs on this machine, and it does not run like it should. when I attempt to start the computer it act like it will run fine, then kicks to a screen that says, " Press F1 for help or F2 to run setup." This does not however happen all of the time, sometimes it will boot up flawlessly, run for an hour or so and then just freezes up. I have talked with my IT maneger who is in a different office, to try and resolve this and no go. I have also spent many hours on the phone with the tech support at Dell. Again no resolve. So if anyone can help please let me know. Nee d more info just let me know.

    Ok whats the deal usually I have a good response in a day or two and I haven't had anything but looky loos. Since I pin this up. So do you need more info or do we just not know whats going on. Let me know cause I sure could use some help.

    :eek: Ok...can you run Everest or Belarc Advisor or whatever and give more system info? Also, have you run virus/rootkit scans?
