big trouble if it real help me

so I went to turn on my other computer today and i got this message when I turned the internet on it didnt even go to my home page I am using comcast cable connection as it says below and I need to know if its real or not it wouldnt let me copy and past it so I retyped it the best i could, it should be word for word, here you go:

I realy need to know what this is I think it might me spywear but I dont know.
I need to know how this is effecting my computer, if im going to lose anything, if i should download the program or just ingore it, if there is a better program that i should use.

I have ran spybot and ad-awear and nortins i have removed any and all spywear but these programs can be insufficent if there are any other programs that might fix this they would be great to know.
