bios freaked out help

a mate of mine is biult up a puter and he flashed his bios but now he has a blank screen on starting windows. he pnoned the vendor and was told to place the recovery disc in and search there . but the problem is that the puter searches the disc and nothing happens as if the drivers needed or what ever is not there . how can he restore his bios . all i know is that it is a shutle m/board by msi .

ps how do you create a recovery disc

 

i just spoke to him again and he says that on startup the puter makes a lot of beeps he made a recovery disk and still nothing happens.
