This is a little difficult without knowing the manufacturer and version of the BIOS, but general directions should be able to get you through.

To access BIOS, you will need to press the key that comes up on the VERY first screen after powering on your system. Depending on the BIOS, it will say something like 'Press F2 to enter Setup' or 'Press Del For BIOS', or something similar. The keystroke required will depend on your BIOS, but will be listed on that first screen.

Then, to change it so that the system will try to boot from CD rom, you will need to find a section called, 'Boot Sequence' or 'Startup Devices' or 'Boot Priority'... again, this will depend on your BIOS. It should be fairly obvious, even to a person accessing their BIOS for the first time.

Once you have found this section, you will need to make the CDROM your first boot device. The keys to do this depend on your BIOS, but are typically listed at the bottom of the screen.
