I think you're going to need to provide more information, as your description is not clear.

What exactly happens when you turn on the PC?

 

it simply goes to bios
why must it do that

 

What motherboard is it?

Does it go into a specific screen within the BIOS setup? If you exit the setup screen (the options to do this are BIOS specific and should be listed somewhere on the screen), does XP boot normally after that? Have you tried saving the BIOS settings and exiting and then seeing if the problem repeats itself?

A search of Google suggests that the CMOS battery could be low, but I'd try the suggestions first as they don't require you to open up your computer at the moment.

 

i will be in the main bios
i have to save and exit
then i can go in xp 2nd time

 

Does your time in the BIOS reset to 12:00 January 1st or something like that every time you turn the computer on?

If so, then its most likely the battery.

Check for the small disc shaped battery on your motherboard. Most that I've seen are the CR2032 3v battery. You can pick this up at most electronic stores for a couple bucks.

i ever saw a message that the fan is not functioning
after i save and re start evevrything is ok
