Bit Defender

I enquired about bit defender online. I chose not to buy it. Ever since, I have a 0kb bit defender malware that slows or stops my pc. I tried Avast, Malwarebytes and Super anti spyware with no luck. Has anyone experienced this ? Does anyone have a solution? I contacted bitdefender to see if they would help. So far, no response. Thanks in advance.

 

Use the official Bit-defender Removal tool for the version you had installed. It will remove all remaining traces. Restart your system after use and run a safe registry cleaner such as CCleaner

If, after the above, you still have suspicions of Malware, then you must go to the Major Geeks SPECIALIST Malware Forum and carry out the steps in the RRMF link at the top of that page and post a new thread in that specialist forum with the scan logs. (not here!)
