bizzare promlem with outlook2003 and powerpoint 2007

Hi all,

I wonder if you can help

I have a toshiba laptop with Office 2003 loaded including powerpoint/

I have also just loaded Powerpoint 2007.

Whenever i do a send and receive and actually receive mail I get a pop up box saying that windows is trying to configure Powerpoint 2007.
if i cancel it it just goes away but if i leave it it searches for a while ( blue line geting longer (like a loading process signal) it does this two or 3 times then closes.

The rest of the time that outlook is open it receives mail fine with no message. but the moment i close and re open outlook it happens again.

not the end of the world but really annoying.
