Black internet virus help

I'm sorry, I saw a influx of these already, But I really need help. I got the black internet virus from this apparent epidemic, and don't know what to do. I got the bootkit remover, and right now doing a COMPLETE malwarebytes scan, but I don't know ANYTHING about computers, and need help. I realized I had it when the afflicted site kept redirecting to an add with the sites name with a banner at the top. I thought this was normal, until it had a "are u sure u want to close" pop ups that wont leave, and the url turned red. Bootkit also says I have something. Help? Also, I have one explorer, two ie explorers in processes, the explorer and one IE taking 45,000 memory, one ie 9000. which is which?

Also bootkit found this : "md5:b23e5cbb74b4fcefd775b4905c81336" in physicaldrive0. what do I do? (Also, is there a way to copy from prompt? I cant type all of this.)

 

Nevermind, I figured it out, Can this be deleted?
