Black Sceen White Cursor

I am not comfortable linking to another persons computer. I would feel responsible if something where to go wrong with their computer.

I have never had problems backing up data. It is a bit unsettling.

But...Thank you anyway...hopefully I will be able to sort this out...there is a great deal of information in the Microsoft Library about backing up of which I will be spending my evening reading.

I will let you guys know if I found a solution or not.
