Black Screen Of Death
Windows Xp - Running Sp2
Computer is clean..
This is the error in the System -- Event Viewer

Get the black screen and then just have to power the machine all the way down.. I have tried to update both monitor and video drivers.. Still having the issues.. I saw the same thing talked about on Experts-Exchange but I do not have an account..
