   No i dont have disk ive tried microsoft they want id numbers that i cannot retrieve ive also tried last known good config

   Try creating this disc:
   Vista and Win7 Recovery disc
   
   Then change the bios to that the cd-rom is first boot device. Boot to the disc and choose to fix start up.

   All that was assuming that you have tried a different monitor and it is not that issue.
