Black Screen Video Issues In Windows 10

    I'm having an issue with videos showing blackscreen in certain appliations including Zoom, Media Player and VLC. Weirdly the picture comes back if I put the application into a window and move it so the picture is partially off screen. Videos also work fine in other applications such as Video Editor. Any help appreciated.
