Black Screen with Mouse After Windows 7 Login

Hey there, I might have downloaded something nasty on my desktop and now Windows isn't responding. All there is on the screen after I login is my mouse pointer, everything else is black. I've tried CHKDSK in startup, but after it ran did I can no longer seem to boot into safemode. Next I installed FRST64.exe on my flash drive using the System recovery option (following the instructions in this thread http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=258768 ), and got the logs attached to this post. Nothing new happened when I tried to boot into windows again.

Is there anything I can do about this, or will I have to buy a new hard drive?

Disregard the part about safemode not working after the disk check, it's working now for some reason.

Did you purposely set these restrictions yourself?

If you can now boot into safe mode /safe mode with networking, can you now follow these procedures please?
