   hi all
   my friend has a emachine w3611 with vista its maybe 2 years old
   it loads windows and then the screen goes black
   i tryed putting a fresh copy of xp and i got this message:
   pci.sys-address f85480bf base at f8543000,datestamp 3b5e3886
   any ideas on what that is?

   Since the computer came with Vista installed, it is probably complaining because XP doesn't have the drivers that the hardware needs to run XP.
   Try re-installing Vista.
