    Hi

Your bug report links your issue to your Graphic Card Driver so installing it again may clear this up, Your model number posted above doesnt list on any at Fujitsu, but checking its likely to be this one Amilo A1667G and the graphic driver is here (but double check on the underside of your PC or in the manual that the model name and number version is correct)

i reinstalled the drivers but nothing changed i ve formatted my hard drive as well although i don t think it has anything to do with that...i ll attach a new log from the last time it crashed...but i have a problem as the debugger reports that : the modules are loaded but the symbols cannot be loaded and the kernel debugger has a problem or something
    ooppps black screen again
i cannot attach it as i don t have much time to run the debugger...anyway is there something else i could do before i take it for service?
yes that s the model Amilo A1667G...

Fujitsu Siemens have their own diagnostic program you can get from their website.

    http://support.fujitsu-siemens.com/com/support/index.html

You can run from safe mode or DOS.

They also have a reasonable support forum for each model at the same website. The english language versions come second, german first.

yeap i ve downloaded that yesterday and i ll run it today if that s not going to help i ll call the service and if they cannot tell me anything usefull i ll take the laptop to them...
anyway i ve heard from a lot of people who had the same problem that ati ve never published anything that could help them...some of them knew that the problem was initiated from a certain behaviour such as a game or a coorrupted ati file or something
in the contrary with my laptop there was not any software or hardware change cos i was away for holidays and as soon as i got back and i logged in after 10 minutes it crashed!!!
that s all....and thanx for the help guyzzzz:confused
