Blackster and other viruses...have combofix file

this message popped up in a half yellow, half blue box...in the yellow half it read: WARNING! Spyware detected on your computer...in the blue half it read: Install an antivirus or spyware remover to clean your computer...A few minutes later some black beetles showed up and started to eat my desktop...someone suggested looking in my window screensaver where I found a screensaver called blackster...went into system files and deleted it, but it came right back...also a lot of viruses were found by kaspersky and Icouldn't access windows update...and that halfyellow, half blue box has never left the screen..I found this site and someone suggested using combofix and posting the log here...would greatly appreciate any help...

 

Thanks it was a friends computer and he'll bring it back next week...was able to download Trojan Remover and it found Backdoor.Hexdoor, Virtumondo, and a few others and neutralized them in safe mode..only problem was that virtumondo keeps coming back and doesn't let us enable or use automatic updates or even let us manually update from microsoft....thanks for the java tip, I'll try that when he brings it back and VundoFix ...will keep you updated on our progress...thanks again..
