Blank disc that should contain info

I put some pictures, and misc items on a Memorex CD-RW now when I put it in Computer #1 it tells me that there is nothing on the disc that its totally all Free space. When I put it in computer #2 it tells me to insert a Disc into the Drive..

How do I get my information back that was put on the CD?

All I did was put my Addy Book from outlook express, some pictures (I don't even know what pictures anymore as that is why I was using the CD to find out what pics were on it) and some misc items (don't know what those are either). The information was just put on the CD within the last 4 months.

Any help anyone can give me will be greatly appreciated.
