Blank pop up when closing Internet Explorer

I get a blank pop up only after closing I.E. Its from a web site called funcionamiento-con-la-tijera.com/go.php?. How do I get rid of this.PLEASE HELP! I have run ad-aware, spybot, norton, ccleaner, etc. nothing works.I am using XP, service pack 2. Thanks any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks jarcher. I followed your links to hijack this analysis, posted log, analysised, got rid of some nasty stuff, and no more pop up, you the man. thanks very much, I have been dealing with this for a few months. bikergeek.
