blank screen after startup

    I downloaded Spyware Terminator, and after I ran it, it requested reboot. I did it, everything seemed normal, Windows XP welcome logo came on, but then the Desktop came completely blank, no icon there, no bar, nothing! And also my mouse won't work anymore... What have I done?! Help please!! Thanks!
