BLOCKING Bad Sites WHEN FOUND?

I was performing a search for my ISP customer service "Contact" info, via Google-Chrome browser (which, as those familiar with Chrome know means simply typing into the address bar - as opposed to other browsers which are designed for URL's only), and I got this result (this is a partial as I was not able to copy/past and it was too long to write-down):

    "www1.avezosentinel.rr.nu"

which gave me a pop-up (and a locked-up browser) INSISTING that I click on "OK" to run a scan for "Malware".

I am also including screenshots, and would "like" to know: how might (how may I/can I) I COMPLETELY these sorts of things whenever I come across them in my (WIN7) Firewall, in my Anti-Virus & Anti-Spy prog (Microsoft Security Essentials), please?

It would also be nice to "know" how to stop them before they come through my various browsers (Firefox/Pale Moon, IE [9], Chrome - and whatever others I might wish to try).

I "think" I've done all I can do in Firefox & Chrome, by going into Options, entering the URL/web address everywhere I can, and selecting "Block" - so perhaps that's all I can do with the browser control.

Thanks in advance, and I suppose it's the WIN 7 firewall, and Security Essentials that I am mainly trying to fortify.

    Thanks in advance,
    glenn . . .
