Blue and Black writing under icons

Anybody know why some of my icons have blue writing under them and some have black? Is there a problem somewhere?

 

Actually an interesting question,:-D I had noticed a while back that all my icon names are in black, but one of my partitions (1 of 4) does have the blue writing, including sub folders. Not sure why though.rolleyes I think perhaps it has to do with the amount of free disc space because my E drive(multimedia) is pretty full and windows has started compressing my files to make more space available.

Now that I think about it, that seems very plausible. I believe that if you select properties, and uncheck the Compress files option... the colours will go back to black.
