Blue Screen and Crash Bump

Hey guys,

I've been having issues with a Blue Screen I've been getting off and on for a while, its a BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER. I haven't written the details down, sadly.

I have an idea of the culprit, perhaps - there is a device installed on my computer that doesn't function properly and my comp has no idea what it is. All i know is that its located "on PCI bus"

I also have 9 "6TO4 Adapters" that do not function and I have no idea what they are or where they came from.

I've attached my most recent minidump and system information.

Could you follow this thread guide HERE on mini dumps so we can see the dump file you have, then attach the txt file.

The actual BSOD code would also be helpful, so if this happens again do write it down.

Is this a new clean install of Windows Vista SP2? if so have you installed your drivers including the Chipset driver as this one is crucial?

As for 6to4 adapters, those relate to the internet protocol IPv6 and as no-one is really using this many are disabling ipv6 to help overcome issues on internet connectivity and ignoring those errant drivers,, or do try and make sure your network drivers are upto date, some have had sucess by booting to safe mode and then uninstalling the 6to4 drivers from Device Manager, then rebooting.
