Blue Screen And Now A System Error

I am running XP SP 3. A couple of weeks ago I got a blue screen, but everything seemed OK so I carried on as usual. Yesterday when I booted up, I got a message first thing saying "The system had recovered from a serious error". The error signature is as follows.

The associated files are as follows.

C:\DOCUME~1\caroal\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER99f9.dir00\sysdata.xml
I tried to find the files so I could attach them here, but I could not locate them. Perhaps I am not looking in the right place. Please advise. I thank you in advance for your kindness and assistance.
