Hi, a few weeks ago my PC blue screened and continually re booted without loading up fully (to deskop). I've had a local IT guy basically re load windows onto my hard drive, while backing up my files, but without microsoft office. I tried to re install office today but something was blocking me telling me that the CD had a file missing, despite this being a legit copy from a retailer.

I decided to run your tests to see if it was malware that needed flushing out- can you guys look through my logs to see if this is the case?

Let me know if you need me to do anything else.

    Thanks in anticipation.

Sorry If there's anything I haven't done, little time to check too closely due to work commitments.

You did not attach the log from MGtools; however, don't bother. You problems are not due to malware. I will move this to the Software Forum for you which is more appropriate.
