Blue Screen Crash - Win2000

I'm working on a Windows 2000 system that crashes to a BSOD during boot-up and immediately restarts. It goes by WAY too quick to see it, and there's no "Disable automatic restart" option in the F8 boot menu, and the other boot options like Safe Mode, Last Known Good Config, etc, do the same thing.... is there a way to get the system to stop or at least pause on the blue screen error so I can research/repair the error?
