I am having a problem with my new computer that I just built today, everything is working find, but sometimes when I put a disk in my DvD-Rom drive, it gives me a BSD, it will also BSD a few times when I try to restart it, the error it gives me is "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL". (My dvd-rom is sata)

Any help would be appreciated much.

Soundblaster X-fi Fatal1ty Professional Edition Soundcard
    Intel Quad core 2.5Ghz CPU

Edit: I tried to use the install disk for my logitech mouse/keyboard, and I got the bsd, and kept getting when I attempted to restart until I disconnected my DvD-Rom player.

Have you tried updating the chipset driver? Asus released new chipset drivers for your motherboard back in mid-January. If you're using the drivers from the CD, that may be where the problem lies. Disconnect the DVD, power up, download/install the new chipset drivers, reboot, power down, reconnect the DVD, and power up again. Hopefully that will do it ;)
