I've been getting blue screens of death on my computer. I've been searching on internet how to fix but can't pinpoint the problem or think I found it and fixed it but a day later it crashes again. I've noticed it happens a lot while playing games, the blue screens. Sometimes when searching net and opening different programs and just folders it doesn't blue screen just freezes and becomes unresponsive. I've had to hit power button and force computer to restart.

I've recently installed (I would say three months ago) 16gb ram I only could put in 12 so one is slot is empty, whenever I put all four in it wouldn't even load windows. So I don't know if that has anything to do with it? I also read on internet with my motherboard in bios that you have to change settings for ram and there are no options to change this to use all 16gb. Seen online flash bios I did to the most recent driver I could find. I've updated graphics card drivers, and I would say 3-4 weeks ago wasn't sure if it was my hard drive or cd drive, but computer was making clicking noise, I opened case cleaned out dust and checked all cables to make sure nothing was loose and unplugged plugged everything back in. Ever since then hasn't made noise again.

Things I've tried in windows the built in memory scanner it said everything was fine. Command run as administrate sfc /scannow, virus scanners just used malwarybytes anti-malware, andvanced system care 6 those to didn't find anything. I also have Microsoft Security Essentials it did have several things that it found I don't remember now what they were but I did remove them. As I'm sitting here typing this I looked at Microsoft I checked again and it did find Trojan:JS/Redirector.Lz I will remove it and redo scanner make sure it comes up clean.

I attached blue screen log I got from Blue Screen View hope that helps. Also here are my computer specs.
    Please help!!!!!

Can you copy the contents of the C:\Windows\Minidump\ folder to your Desktop then zip the files (right-click > Send to > Compressed folder) and attach the resulting zip back here, please?

Sorry after I saw Trojan I start using all virus scanners and I believe one of them cleared that folder out :mad. I didn't expect someone to answer so fast, I've been sitting here for two hours and no problems so I will load up game and see if it happens. It probably won't (twisted hoping it blue screens so I can add it hehe).

If you are infected, you need to go to the malware forum and post this.
