blue screen of death

im running a home-built pc around a year and a half old and ive only had minor problems with it in the past nothing that i cant handle but recently after 15 minutes or so of the computer running, the blue screen will come up briefly and automatically shut down my computer. ive run my anti-virus and spyware programs but have not found a resolution to my problem. I ran hijackthis and im hoping someone can check out my log and see if there is anything there that can possibly solve my problem. thank you.

 

You have HijackThis installed incorrectly, install HijackThis to C:\HJT.

Your system is seriously out of date, and represents a serious security risk. You should install SP2 and run Windows Update after we have finished.

Please follow the steps below:

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:
