Blue Screen of Death

Hello All,

This is my first post on this site, so I hope I get some type of response back. My brother has acquired the infamous blue screen of death.. and he has no idea how whats wrong. I got the technical error, so if anyone knows what it is and how to fix it I would greatly appericate it.

The code is
0x00000007e ( oxc0000005, 0x8962bd8d, 0xf78d6bd4, 0xf78d68d0)

Does your brother know what he last did, before this BSOD?

Try booting with "Last Known Good Configuration".

Try safe mode.
