Blue Screen

My security alert warned me last night that my computer was infected. After 15 seconds it froze and a blue screen with the words 'CRASH DUMP' appeared before my computer restarted itself.

I ran Malwarebytes but my computer kept going to the blue screen after 47% & shutting down. Before shutting down, several alerts popped up one after the other to tell me that files had been infected - all ending in .exe, and said they were 'critical'. I then ran the programme in Safe Mode & it said I have 0 viruses.

I've completed as much as I can in the 'READ & RUN ME FIRST' forum. But alas, when in Safe mode + networking my internet isn't working so I couldn't download the spy ware/do the last prompt etc. And as soon as I run my computer in Normal mode, it does the blue screen again after a minute or so.

Can anyone give me anymore advice before I have to pay several pounds to get it repaired! I haven't backed up, so I can't afford to lose all my documents.

    Thank you, M.

You will need to use a different computer to download and copy to cd or thumb drive the scanning tools. If you already have them downloaded, after you run them, you will need to save them to cd or thumb drive ( making sure the other computer is well protected) and transfer and upload them using the other computer.

Try to do as much as you can in safe mode and get us the requested logs so we can see what is happening in your system.
