Blue screen

    Hi
    I have been working with one of your Malware guys who helped me stop IE redirections. However, I still have a problem when I boot up/shut down whereby I no longer have the HP logo showing but just a blue screen. He suggested I direct this problem to the Software forum.
    I look forward to receiving your suggestions. Thanks.

    If you join the HP support forum, they do have a bios update for this problem you have !
