    Cannot even reboot in safe mode...dont know where to start ...help!

    Dell Utilities done...message reads as follows:

    Error Code 650F:136C
    IDE device failed: Blank media or no media is present in optical drive. Test requires media with data (Resource CD, installation CD)

    Do you want to boot from the optical drive?
    If not, go into BIOS and change the boot order to boot from the hard drive and not the optical drive.
