    Hi Guys,

I'm using Windows XP Professional with SP1, SP2 and all the up dates. I also have a Matrox Quad card with TV Tuner. About once a week when I click the on screen button to turn off the TV I get a blue screen that said:

caused by RR2vbi.sys. Address F7a2FF84 base at F7A2FOOO, date stamp 3c1886eb. Beginning to dump memory to disk.

Than I was lead to this: http://oca.microsoft.com/en/response.aspx?SGD=6669448e-d844-4c09-8e0d-ee0a07e203a4&SID=10

Now the thing is, I have not added or installed anything new. I've since tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Matrox software. There are no conflicts in the device manager. I'm lost.

I do have spybot, I don't see how to disable that part of it. Do you know how? Thanks

did you use Driver Cleaner? If not, you should use it and follow the readme steps to be sure it "cleans" your pc correctly.

you can get it at guru3d.com
