Blue Tooth Software (any good ones??)

I am in the process of setting up my Plantronics 510 with a blue tooth class 1 dongle to sync with my lab top and allow me to switch back and forth between incoming calls on my cell phone and making outgoing calls on Skype. Since i purchased my usb adaptor and Headsed seperatly. Can anyone recommend any good softwares that can i can use to manage the calls or blue tooth with. Do i even need anything, and Free is better if there is any>>>
